2018 Spring Soccer Registration

Pleasant View Wesleyan Church  (904 East Penn Street, Muncy)
January 24th and 25th  6-8PM

Pre-Register and Pay Online (use registration tab).
  Print out a copy of your registration form and concussion form.  Printing will not be available at registration. 

Registration Fee is $45  ($55 after 2/3/18)

Uniforms are $35 for 8U, 10U and 12U divisions.
