U13 Qualifying

 

Division I & U13 Qualifying: Competitive U13 – U19 Boys and Girls

 Recognized as the highest level of play within the state, players may be selected based on their ability, skill, and commitment to the sport. Tryouts and invitations based on demonstrated performance are the general rule of thumb.

Players and coaches not meeting deadlines set by administrator are subject to a $25 registration late fee.

 

Registration is ONLINE only and payment must be made via credit card or echeck. 

Registration Fee to TUFC – $260.00 paid in two equal payments of $130 each.  First payment is due at time of Fall registration.  Second payment will be automatically processed on January 2, 2014 for the Spring 2014 season.

If a player is not returning to TUFC they will need to notify the administrator via email by December 15th so the automatic payment scheduled for January 2nd can be cancelled.

Puma Uniform - $138.50 which includes 2 jerseys, shorts, socks and a backpack (good for 1 year or more if no uniform change).  If a player already owns the PUMA uniform and it still fits this fee is deducted from the approximate cost below.

Additional fees to Eastern District Division One Association (EDDOA) for player registration, game, field and referee expenses:

2012 Fees (subject to change) $70 per player paid to EDDOA, $90 per game, 10 estimated games for an approximate total of $1,260 + $900 + $100 per team performance bond.  Fall season EDDOA Per player cost based on roster of 18 is $2,260/18=$125.56


Fall season
player total cost if a team has 18 players is $394.06.  ($130 registration fee + $138.50 uniform fee + $125.56 EDDOA fees). 

U13 Spring season the cost would be $180.00 ($130.00 registration fee + $50.00 EDDOA gaming fees).  Player registration fee and performance bond are only paid one per year in the Fall.

U14 and Up Spring season is CUP PLAY.  Div 1 teams play President’s Cup and the fee is $825 per team.  There are additional player costs if the team advances to district, state, regional or national playoffs.  Player spring cost is $175.84 ($130 registration fee + $45.84 President’s Cup team fee)

Potential additional fees - If a team chooses to use professional training or a player ends up on a professionally trained team the fees will be $900 per year or $90 per month.  These fees will be set up on automatic payment.

Tournament fees range from $30 - $40 per player.  Teams decide how many tournaments to enter.

Games will not be held at Bear Creek Park.  Current EDDOA fields are Dad’s Club (Old Galveston Rd), Dyess (Telge/Kitzman), El Franco Lee (Bltway between Pearland Pkwy & Blackhawk Blvd), Katy Park (Morton Rd), Lindsay Lyons (Humble), Meyer Park (Spring) & Zube (Hockley).

U13 – U15 format is 11 v 11 with a minimum roster of 13 and maximum roster of 18.

U16 & Up format is 11 v 11 with a minimum roster of 13 and maximum roster of 22 but only 18 players may be suited up.

Teams must apply and submit a $500 deposit along with application by deadline.  Deposit is applied to gaming fees.  When the application and deadline are made available coaches will be notified.

Each Fall, returning teams in the EDDOA gaming league must maintain a core roster of 50% + 1 of the players from their previous year’s Fall season roster.
