About:
Texas United FC's mission is to create a first-class, affordable, and competitive soccer club to help the youth of Houston maximize their soccer experience with a safe atmosphere for practice & play, quality professional training, and well-organized game competition at ALL levels. Through this process we will do our best to build personal Character, teach to compete with Courage, and share the value of Commitment to yourself, your family, your team, your Club, and your community.
Levels of Play:
Texas United offers teams at all levels of competitive soccer such as Frontier Conference League (NLFC), State Classic League (SCL), Eastern District Players League (EDPL) -Division I & Super 2 , Eastern District Division 2 League (EDD2L), and HYSA Divisions 3, and 4.
Practice:
Our VOLUNTEER led teams are the most affordable option that we offer. A Parent, or other volunteer, is the coach and manages the team - practice and games. The Coach MAY not have a soccer coaching license (usually obtained in first year of coaching). There are 16 weeks of practice per season, with 2 sessions/week. Fall season training commences in August and ends in early December. Spring season training begins in January and runs through May.
Remember that TUFC registration is for a FULL Year (both seasons) and you have the option to register for
(1) ANNUAL payment (1 time payment of $350 due at time of registration - register NOW and get the $30 discount if done by 8/15/23 to pay $320)
or
(2) SEASONAL payment (Fall payment of $210 (if done prior to 8/15/23 you will get the $30 discount) so register ASAP to get the discounted rate of $180 due at time of registration and Spring payment on 12/1/23 to automatically charge the card on file for $180).
Please NOTE that Got Sport is used for registration this season and in the future.
When registering you will use your existing account or if NEW to Got Sport you will have to CREATE a NEW account for you (and your players). To do this follow the link below and then click on CREATE an Account
IF NEW to Got Sport - You will be asked "Who are you registering for?" -Please select that you are registering your child or someone else. You will then fill in your child's information and then YOUR information as a parent. Please NOTE that your user ID will be your EMAIL address and any player you register will also have the SAME CONTACT email address for their account (you can add a separate email to their account when completing the registration, but you do not have to).
All players will be required to upload a Current Photo into the system when they create their accounts. You will also need copies of the players birth certificates or passports as the NEW system does NOT have that information being uploaded from the old database. Please upload them to your player account when completing the registration; you will only have to do the birth certificate the 1st year you register; after this you will NOT have to do it again in the future.
As stated above if you register PRIOR to 8/15/23 your registration will show a $30 discount for early registration. Please let me know if you have issues.

1. Competitive Soccer is an annual commitment:
2. Additional team fees may apply for tournaments or for entry into specific leagues. Please consult with your team coach or team manager.
3. TUFC must have a valid birth certificate on file before a player can be added officially to a team roster.
4. All registered players must have a valid credit/debit card on file in their GotSport account in order to be eligible to participate.
New Players (Tryouts):
New players must create an account and complete the pre-registration process. New players will be asked to attend an evaluation and, if a suitable opening is available, an offer will be made and instructions for completing registration will be provided.
